You Need to Add These Habits to your Routine!

Okay, I love this girl! She just has so many great ideas and has a great outlook on life and health. In her video she gives ten different tips, I love all of them! Below I will write about my five favorites!

5 Healthy Habits

  1. Fix Your Posture: I really need to work on this habit. One thing she said that I really liked was that it wasn’t just about having good posture to prevent back pain, but having good posture helped her to literally keep her head up, which helped her to do so figuratively as well. Keeping her head held high helped improve her mindset and helped her to think more positively. It also helped her to live more in the moment.
  2. Make Nutrient Dense Foods Easily Available: This is a great tip for staying healthy! I really liked the idea that Natacha had. She said that whenever she goes to make a snack, she likes to double the recipe and put the extras in the fridge so she can grab it the next day without having to make it again.
  3. When Eating, Eat 100%: When she eats, if she is alone, she doesn’t work or watch tv but only pays attention to her meal, that way she can listen to her bodies signals for when she’s full.
  4. Arrange Little Moments of Self Development: For this she likes to read a self help book usually and I really like this idea because I love reading self help books. I have so many books on the list and I just need to arrange a time for myself to do that.
  5. Stretch at the Beginning of Every TV Show: This is a great idea! I have always wanted to work on my flexibility, but I find it pretty boring and I always forget. This is a great way to get it done and enjoy it.
