Healthier Hawaiian Pizza Recipe

I love pizza, who doesn’t? But often eating pizza doesn’t align with our goals. I decided to make a healthier pizza recipe so we can enjoy the food we all really want (pizza) and not feel guilty about it.

Recipe:

Crust-

-1 cup wheat flour

-1/2 cup Fage plain, nonfat Greek yogurt

-1 tsp baking powder

-1/2 tsp salt

Toppings-

-1/3 cup organic pizza sauce

-2 pieces of turkey bacon

-1/3 cup mozzarella cheese

-2 tbsp pineapple

Directions:

Mix all of the crust ingredients together to form a ball of dough, then roll it out on a greased pan. Top the dough with sauce and the rest of the toppings.

Optional: brush crust with an egg wash and sprinkle with oregano and salt.

Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes!
