How many of you have ever decided that you were going to work out on vacation but didn’t follow through because the hotel didn’t have a gym, or you didn’t want to spend your time inside working out when you could be outside with your friends? This has definitely happened to me! Because of this, I made an equipment-free workout video showing you how to complete an intense, partner ab workout.
•Russian twists x25 each side
•Leg lifts x15
•Reverse crunches x25
•Sit-up high fives
• Hanging sit-ups and squats: Do 5 sit-ups then have your partner do 5 squats repeat 2 times for a total of 10 reps each
•Rock paper scissors planks: Rotate arms each round, loser does a push-up, repeat 10 times
-Repeat the entire workout 2-3 times!!
