Are you a certified personal trainer?
-I am currently working on getting my NASM certification and should be officially certified next month! π
When did you first get into working out?
-I first really got into working out as a freshman in high school. I started lifting weights with my brother every day after school.
What are your favorite things to eat when you are craving treats?
-I either go for fruit or some popcorn with cinnamon and honey. That will usually do the trick! But I do eat treats, I think it is best in moderation though!
How do you stay motivated to workout?
-I feel really motivated when I remember my goals. Pinterest is also a big help! Just remember not to compare yourself to others, it is best to compare yourself to your past self.
What does your workout split look like?
-I try to workout 6 times a week, but that doesn’t always happen. I like to do legs twice a week, two upper body days I do two cardio and abs days.
